English Standard Version (ESV)
15 And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
Every day, a choice. Who will I choose? What will I choose?
The one I choose is steadfast, gives me "a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit; that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified." (Isaiah 61:3)
And He should be glorified, rightly so, for there is no one as righteous, as loving, as good.
Even before anything was asked of me, He gave of Himself, He gave Himself.
Every day, a choice. What will I choose? Who will I choose?
